Galaxycove.com has a Return & Refund Policy. If an item is delivered damaged, it can be replaced or refunded within 7 days. To request a replacement or refund, an email must be sent to support@galaxycove.com within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product. The email should include the full name used for the order, name of item(s), clear close-up video(s) of the issue, and description of the issue. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and it must also be in the original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the approval or rejection of the replacement/refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
